Civitas Senior Living, a senior living management company in Fort Worth, Tex., and PremCap Senior Living, a division of PremCap Living, opened a new assisted living and memory care community in Weatherford, Texas.
The 75,800-square-foot community, West Fork at Weatherford, offers 70 one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments and 19 memory care suites with private and companion accommodations. Assisted living apartments feature stainless-steel appliances, private bathrooms, and walk-in closets. Amenities include a full-service salon, creative arts studio, men’s lounge, fitness center, and private and casual dining options.
The interior design features neutral hues accented by a Western motif. In a nod to Weatherford’s status as the Cutting Horse Capital, horses are a prominent feature in the community’s design.
