Blair Wagner is the new administrator at Louisburg Healthcare and Rehab Center, Louisburg, Fla. According to an article in the Miami County Republic, Wagner views “maintaining a labor force” as one of “the biggest challenges for all nursing homes.”
Reporter Doug Carder writes: “Wagner’s role as administrator is multi-faceted…Making sure the center remains in compliance with those regulations requires a lot of paperwork…Wagner also oversees daily operational meetings and handles contracts with hospice, hospitals, mobile imaging, yard care, dietary supplies, nursing supplies, and others.”
