Developer Aspens Senior Living (Fort Worth, Texas) broke ground on a 55+ independent living community in Greenville, S.C., according to an article in Upstate Business Journal.
Situated on 8 acres within the Verdae master-planned community, the 159-unit community will offer one- and two-bedroom options with private balconies for upper-floor residents and patios for ground-floor residents.
A heated swimming pool and movie theater are among the planned amenities.
The project team includes Arrive Architecture Group (architect; Bedford, Texas) and Sheil Sexton (general contractor; Indianapolis).
Completion is scheduled for fall 2022.
