New 55+ Community Planned For Ohio

A senior living community for residents age 55+ is being planned in Kirtland, Ohio, according to an article in The News-Herald.

The project will include eight single-story buildings, with three and four units in each. As part of the project, an existing office building on the property will be being razed while new infrastructure, a retention pond, and landscaping will be added.
