Stanley Martin Homes (Reston, Va.) has introduced Brookside, a new 55+ active adult community in Apex, N.C., according to a news release.
On more than 21 acres, the new development offers 70 low-maintenance townhomes with main-level primary suites and open-concept layouts in a neighborhood with ample green spaces for residents to gather.
