ISL Ventures (Carlsbad, Calif.) and Leading Light Development (Tulsa, Okla.), have completed construction on Mount Prospect Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care community in Mt. Prospect, Ill.
The 78,000-square-foot community include 56 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
The community includes a two-story entry space with a stacked stone fireplace, breakfast nook, and bistro bar with pub.
The project team includes Pi Architects (architect; Austin, Texas), Charles Hall Construction (construction; Westmont, Ill.), Manhard Engineering (civil engineer; Lincolnshire, Ill.), TDi (engineer; Austin), and EEA Consulting Engineers (mechanical engineer; Austin).
