Co-developers MorningStar Senior Living (Denver) and Edgemark Development LLC (Denver) are poised to break ground in late 2021 on a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Centennial, Colo., according to an article in Mile High CRE.
The four-story MorningStar Senior Living at Holly Park will be situated on 3 acres and include 160 residential units, four dining venues, an indoor saline pool, fitness and therapy rooms, rooftop terrace, private courtyard, and structured garage parking.
It’s slated to open in 2023.
