MorningStar Senior Living (Denver) and real estate investor Hines (Houston) are partnering on a luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Houston, according to an article in Paper City.
MorningStar at River Oaks will include a bistro, outdoor dining, theater, and sixth-floor club room that opens onto a sky terrace with a fireplace and views of downtown Houston.
It is slated to open in late 2021.
