MorningStar at Observatory Park celebrated its grand opening in Denver.
The 89,900-square-foot community represents the 13th joint venture between Confluent Senior Living, a Denver-based development and investment company, and MorningStar Senior Living (Denver), an integrated senior living developer, owner, and operator. The five-story, urban infill senior living community comprises 58 assisted living units and 23 memory care units.
Amenities include an elevated courtyard, outdoor dining area, spa, wellness center, underground parking, and rooftop terrace with city and mountain views.
The project team includes Hord Coplan Macht (architect; Denver), Thoma-Holec Design (interior designer; Mesa, Ariz.), and Shaw Construction (general contractor; Denver).
