Mixed-use Development To Include 200-Unit, 55+ Senior Living Community In Auburn, Alabama

The Auburn, Ala., City Council has approved a 59-acre mixed-use development that will include a 200-unit, 55+ senior living community, according to wvtm.com.

The project will be anchored by a new grocery store, with fast-food restaurants, specialty shops, and a central park also planned.

The senior living community is scheduled for completion in spring 2029, while the full mixed-use development is expected to be completed by summer 2035.
