Mixed-use Development Planned In Minnesota

The new 100-acre Minnesota Health Village will include healthcare, wellness, senior living, office, hospitality, retail, and public spaces.

Minnesota Health Village, a 100-acre mixed-use project is being planned in Maple Grove, Minn, according to Re Journals.

The project will include 400 units of multifamily living and 150 units of senior living surrounding a hospital, offices, and clinics. The final project aims to incorporate hospitality, retail, and public spaces among amenities such as wetlands, green spaces, and trails.

Ryan Companies recently acquired the development rights for the land and is working with North Memorial Health to plan the health village with Maple Grove Hospital, which is the project anchor.

The first projects are expected to break ground in the fall 2020 or spring 2021.
