Senior living owner/operator Atria Senior Living is opening a mixed-used senior and family living project, in Cupertino, Calif., according to an article in San Jose Spotlight.

Westport Cupertino will include 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 294 housing units including 158 senior units, with 27 for memory care, 48 for affordable senior housing, and 88 townhouse units.

Amenities will include a library, theater, lounge, restaurant, roof deck and terrace, medical offices, and exercise rooms.

The project team includes architecture firm C2K Architecture (Portland, Ore.), developer KT Urban (Cupertino), and real estate firm Related (San Francisco).
