Integrity Investments Group (Landover, Md.) is planning a new mixed-use senior living community in Orlando, Fla., according to an article in the Orlando Business Journal.

The 103-unit Lake Copeland Apartments, located on 1.36 acres across from the Orlando Regional Medical Center, will feature a first-floor canopy-covered elevated walkway connecting residential units to retail, restaurants, office space, a spa/salon, and gym, according to an article in The Daily City.

The lower level will have an auto lift for automated parking that uses computer-controlled, motorized vertical and horizontal lifts to transport automobiles to a remote parking space without the assistance of humans.

The project team includes Bessolo Design Group Inc. (architect and designer; St. Petersburg, Fla.).
