Operator Health Dimensions Group (Minnetonka, Minn.) opened the 120,400-square-foot Mira at Maumelle, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, in Maumelle, Ark.
The independent and assisted living units are offered in two one-bedroom floorplan options and two kitchen layout options with full-size appliances. Residents have access to private dining spaces, art and workshop rooms, a fitness gym, beauty salon, and game room.
The adjacent memory care building houses 24 studio units with kitchenettes. The memory care neighborhood also includes a beauty salon, resident-shared kitchen, patio, walking paths, and secure outdoor garden.
