Senior healthcare and service provider Miami Jewish Health Foundation (Miami) announced in a news release that it is developing FiftyTwoNorth, a new senior living community in Miami.
The luxury independent living community will house 192 units, a fitness center, and sky lounge in one 11-story building and two 5-story buildings on a 20-acre site.
The project is expected to be completed in 2028.
