An affiliate of affordable housing developer Meta Housing Corp. (Los Angeles) has submitted a proposal to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning for a new affordable senior living community in Reseda, Calif., according to la.urbanize.city.
Dubbed Tampa Senior Apartments, the project is a new 6-story building that will house 244 one- and two-bedroom units, a community center, and flex space.
The plan also includes parking for 125 vehicles and outdoor space, including two courtyards.
The project team includes Y&M Architects (Los Angeles) as the designer.
