Owner-operator MBK Senior Living (Irvine, Calif.) has started a renovation of The Bellettini, an independent living and assisted living community in Bellevue, Wash., according to a news release.
The project will deliver a European hospitality-inspired aesthetic across shared spaces, including the lobby, concierge and valet areas, and dining venues.
Construction is expected to be completed this summer.
