Matter Development (Wauwatosa, Wis.) is planning an expansion of Evin at Oconomowoc, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Oconomowoc, Wis., according to gmtoday.com.
The project will add 54 units in a 25,000-square-foot, 3-story building to the existing 83 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
Developed in 2020, Evin at Oconomowoc sits on 6.7 acres, and amenities include access to an adjacent 18-hole golf course, as well as a fitness center, yoga room, club room with fireplace, movie theater, coffee and cocktails bar, salon, and whirlpool bathing room.
Outdoor amenities include a 15,000-square-foot green roof with rooftop patio and a 3.5-acre walking path.
