Matter Development (Wauwatosa, Wis.) has started construction on Artalia Bayside, a new senior living community in Bayside, Wis., according to dailyreporter.com.
The 5-story community will house independent living, assisted living, and memory care units and services. Amenities will include a 2-story social and dining room, tearoom, health and fitness center, golf simulator, rooftop patio, and secure outdoor landscaped courtyard.
The project team includes Galbraith Carnahan Architects (architect; Wauwatosa, Wis.), O&O Studio (interior designer; Milwaukee), and Moore Construction Services (general contractor; Menomonee Falls, Wis.).
Construction is expected to be completed in late 2027.
