Master Plan For Siena To Include New Clubhouse, Residences

Plans for the 15-acre development in Cinnaminson Township, N.J., call for seven residential buildings with 119 homes for adults aged 55 or older.

Capitol Seniors Housing recently acquired Siena, a 15-acre active living community for adults ages 55 and over, in Cinnaminson Township, N.J.

Construction on the master plan is set to begin and will include a clubhouse and seven residential buildings with 119 luxury homes. The clubhouse is scheduled to be completed in early 2019. Complementing the Tuscan-inspired architecture of the community, the clubhouse will feature a fitness center, yoga studio, great room, card room, and more. Additional amentiies will include patio areas as well as landscaping and signage throughout.

Construction on the seven residential buildings also will begin this summer. Existing and new residences at Siena are all two-bedroom models ranging from 1,114 to 1,873 square feet.

Siena will be managed by Cove Property Management.
