Construction has started on Bluestone Peak, a new 55+ active adult community in Massanutten, Va., according to the Daily News-Record.
The 123-home community is being built at Massanutten Resort (Massanutten, Va.), a 6,000-acre property with a golf course, waterpark, and ski slopes.
The senior living neighborhood is located near the resort’s golf course and includes a community center.
Construction is expected to be completed by late 2026.
