Developer Compass Living (Atlanta) and senior living management company SRI Management (Tallahassee, Fla.) opened Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet, a 55+ independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Murrells Inlet, S.C.
Situated on 14 acres, the 200,000-square-foot community houses 89 independent living units, 18 independent living villas, 44 assisted living units, and 19 memory care units.
Residents have access to an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and wellness spa, movie theater, outdoor grilling area, and beauty salon and barber shop.
The project team includes Corcoran Ota Group (architect; Sandy Springs, Ga.), Rule Joy Trammell (interior designer; Cobb County, Ga.), Rubio (architect and interior designer; Atlanta), Van Winkle Construction (general contractor; Atlanta), and Great Southern Homes (builder; Murrells Inlet).
