Developer Kirco Senior Living (Troy, Mich.) and operator Phoenix Senior Living (Roswell, Ga.) are planning a new senior living community in Madison, Ala., according to an article in Huntsville Business Journal.
Madison Crossings will have 105 independent living units, with 52 designed to flex to assisted living units, and 27 memory care units.
Amenities include multiple restaurant-style dining venues, a pub, intergenerational room with games for children and grandchildren, fitness and wellness center, full-service salon and spa, and movie theater.
Outdoor amenities include a courtyard with outdoor dining, a pool and lounge area, fireplace and grilling area, covered seating, bocce ball court, pickleball court, and walking paths. A doctor’s office on the property is also expected.
The community is slated to open in summer 2021.
