Developer and operator Clearwater Living (Newport Beach, Calf.) is planning the Clearwater at Glendora, a new luxury assisted living and memory care community in Glendora, Calif.
Situated on 3 acres, the two-story community will include 88 assisted living units and 29 memory care units in studio, companion, and one- and two-bedroom options.
The 117,000-square-foot community will also comprise multiple dining venues, club rooms, a fitness center, salon, and several indoor and outdoor common areas.
