Lutheran Community Home Brings $8.7M Walnut Manor To Indiana

Lutheran Community Home in Seymour, Ind., expanded its campus with the opening of Walnut Manor, a 55+ independent living community, according to the website tribtown.com.

The $8.7 million project comprises 17 residential units including 10 one-bedroom units and seven two-bedroom units.

Amenities at Walnut Manor include a fitness room, lounge/library, restaurant, bistro, and gathering room.

The project team includes contractor Summit Construction (Indianapolis).
