Lumia Mequon Begins Construction In Wisconsin

Matter Development (Wauwatosa, Wis.) started construction on a new senior living community in Mequon, Wis., according to an article in biztimes.com.

Situated on 4.8 acres, the 68-unit Lumia Mequon will include assisted living, memory care, and specialty care. Residents will have access to a bocce court and club room.

Senior living healthcare firm Koru Health (Wauwatosa) will operate the facility, slated to be open in 2023.

The project team will comprise Plunkett Raysich Architects (architect; Milwaukee), Three Leaf Partners Construction (construction; Elm Grove, Wis.) and Catalyst Construction (general contractor; Milwaukee).
