Developer Lockwood Companies (Southfield, Mich.) is slated to open Lockwood of Ann Arbor, a 55+ senior living community in Ann Arbor, Mich., according to an article in mlive.com.
The three-story, 168,130-square-foot community will include 154 independent living units, with 65 units dedicated to affordable housing. It will feature 89 one-bedroom units and 65 two-bedroom units.
Scheduled to open in summer 2023, the project will feature a commercial kitchen and dining area, game room, arts and crafts room, barber shop/beauty salon, movie room, and fitness/wellness room.
