Lockwood Companies Opens $46M Senior Living Community In Hartland, Michigan

The community houses 146 independent living units, including 61 units designated as affordable housing, as well as a grab-and-go café, fitness room, and theater.

Lockwood Companies (Southfield, Mich.) opened Lockwood of Hartland, a new senior living community in Hartland, Mich., according to rejournals.com.

The $46 million project houses 146 one- and two-bedroom independent living units, including 61 units designated as affordable housing.

The community offers chef-prepared meals and a grab-and-go café.

Amenities include a fitness room, barber shop and beauty salon, theater, and life-enrichment programs. Also included on the 17-acre site are walking trails.
