Live Oak Trace Begins Construction On Affordable Senior Community In Mobile, Alabama

Live Oak Trace, an affordable senior living community, broke ground this month, in Mobile, Ala.

The project is a partnership between developer Morrow Realty Company (Tuscaloosa, Ala.), community-based nonprofit Aletheia House (Birmingham, Ala.), and the City of Mobile, according to the website fox10tv.com.

The independent senior living community will consist of 56 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments that are furnished and include appliances such as a dishwasher, ice maker, and microwave.

Amenities will include a community room, laundry, fitness center, gazebo, and computer lab.
