Lifespace Communities Inc. (West Des Moines, Iowa), a nonprofit senior living operator, is planning a $205 million expansion at The Waterford continuing care retirement community in Juno Beach, Fla.
The project will add 84 new independent living units and eight 12,577-square-foot patio homes as well as expand the community’s assisted living and memory care offerings.
The project team includes THW (architect; Sandy Springs, Ga.), IDA (interior designer, Nashville, Tenn.), Weitz (construction; Fort Lauderdale, Fla.), and WGI (civil engineer; Fort Lauderdale).
