Liberty Senior Living, ZOM Living Open Independent Living Community In Florida

The community in Wellington, Fla., initially adds 159 residential units with assisted living and memory care services planned for 2023.

Operator Liberty Senior Living (Wilmington, N.C.) and multifamily housing provider ZOM Living (Orlando, Fla.) have opened the first phase of independent living units at Wellington Bay in Wellington, Fla., according to the website gotowncrier.com.

The project features 159 independent living residential units, including single-story villa, garden flat, and apartment home options. When complete, Wellington Bay will encompass approximately 424 residential units.

Interior design features includes upgraded finishes, private balconies/patios, quartzite/quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and ceramic-tiled bathrooms with zero-entry showers.

The project also includes the Lisbet Health Care Center, which is slated to open in early 2023 and will house assisted living and memory care units.
