Liberty Senior Living Poised To Open Mixed-use Community

Liberty Senior Living (Wilmington, N.C.) and owner C&S Commercial Properties (Fayetteville, N.C.). are opening a mixed-use development for 55+ active adults in Myrtle Beach, S.C., in April.

The 194-unit, 600,000-square-foot Inspire Coastal Grand features one-, two-, and three-bedroom unit options. Aesthetics of the units include granite kitchen countertops, vinyl wood flooring, stainless-steel sinks and appliances, oversized closets, and spacious balconies. The units are the first phase of a 34-acre development.

Amenities include a card and billiards room, art center, and theater. Outdoor amenities feature a resort pool, courtyards, grilling stations, community garden, pet park, athletic club, pickle and bocce ball courts, and scenic trails beside two ponds.
