The Legacy Senior Communities (Plano, Texas) has completed construction on a new senior living community in Dallas.
The Legacy Midtown Park offers 184 independent living units, 51 assisted living apartments, 36 memory care units, and 54 private skilled nursing and rehabilitation units.
The 12-acre, $186 million project broke ground in 2018 and marks its completion with the Aaron Towers independent living building, which includes 40,000 square feet of amenities and commons space such as a 30-seat movie theater, aquatics center, gym and aerobics studio, full-service salon, fine-dining restaurant, outdoor deck, and underground parking with car charging stations.
The design team includes D2 Architecture (architect; Dallas) and StudioSix5 (interior designer; Austin, Texas).
