Legacy Living, a new 154-unit senior living community, is nearing completion in Defiance, Ohio, according to The Crescent-News.
The community comprises 65 assisted living units and 29 memory care units in a 2-story building, as well as 60 patio homes for independent living.
Half of the patio homes are completed while the remaining patio homes and the 2-story assisted living and memory care building are expected to open this summer.
The new campus also houses a restaurant, pub, activities room, theater, chapel, and salon when it opens.
