Developer LCB Senior Living (Norwood, Mass.) plans to open The Residence at Basking Ridge in April, in Basking Ridge, N.J., according to an article in mycentralnewjersey.com.
The $45 million, 95,000-square-foot community will comprise 94 assisted living and memory care units, including studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
