Owner-operator LCB Senior Living (Norwood, Mass.) opened The Residence at Bedford in Bedford, Mass., according to newspaper The Bedford Citizen.
On a 4.3-acre campus, the 90,967-square-foot community comprises 92 units—66 for independent living and assisted living residents and a 26-unit memory care neighborhood called “Reflections.”
One- and two-bedroom units range from 700 to 1,200 square feet.
Resident amenities include a café, library, living room with fireplace, 100-seat restaurant, bistro, game room, media room with cinema seating, salon, and physical therapy space.
