Larksfield Place Begins Construction On Independent Living Expansion In Wichita, Kansas

Larksfield Place, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC), has started construction on an independent living expansion, according to kake.com.

The $45 million project will add a 4-story, 48-unit building called Larksfield Landing to the 67-acre campus, according to a news release.

The campus also includes 22 independent living villas, 164 independent living apartments, 62 assisted living units, a 10-unit memory care neighborhood, and 80 private skilled nursing suites.
