Knute Nelson’s Crystal Brook, a 55+ active adult, assisted living, and memory care community in Park Rapids, Minn., will undergo an expansion by KI Developers (Park Rapids, Minn.), according to the website parkrapidenterprise.
The three-story, 88-unit senior living community expansion will be planned in two phases on the existing campus. Phase 1 would add 19 additional memory care units in a new, single-story building.
Phase 2 would add a three-story apartment building with 53-68 senior living units.
