Kisco Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) completed a renovation project at Park Terrace, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.
The project included renovations to Il Paradiso, Park Terrace’s outdoor courtyard that includes a refurbished pool.
Additionally, the community’s main dining room, Bella Tierra, was redesigned with a new open layout, fireplace, and paint finishes designed to reflect the community’s Spanish colonial architectural style.
