Kisco Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) is planning to expand its Kisco Signature lifestyle brand with the development of The Newbury of Brookline, in Brookline, Mass., according to the website yieldpro.com.
Housed on the historic Newbury College site in the former Mitton House mansion, the project will involve 190,000 square feet of new construction and 20,000 square feet of restoration.
The senior living community will comprise 81 independent living units, 38 assisted living units, and 40 memory care units.
Resident amenities will include a hydrotherapy spa, saltwater pool, fitness club, rooftop bar, and yoga studio.
The Newbury of Brookline is slated to open in fall 2024.
