Kisco Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) is poised to open a new memory care community at First Colonial Inn, in Virginia Beach, Va.
The community will include 18 units, a private patio, and curated garden.
The project team comprises LS3P Architecture (architect; Greensboro, N.C.) and Clancy and Theys Construction Company (construction; Newport News, Va.).
