Real estate company Keystone Senior Management (Indianapolis) is building a new senior living community in O’Fallon, Ill., according to an article in Riverbender.com.
The $39 million project, Keystone Place at Richland Creek, will offer 149 units, including 64 for independent living, 66 for assisted living, and 19 for memory care, plus one guest suite.
Situated on 4 acres, the four-story, 170,000-square-foot community will feature a U-shape design and include a memory garden and courtyard.
Holland Construction Services (Swansea, Ill.) is the general contractor on the project.
