Owner and operator Juniper Communities (Bloomfield, N.J.) acquired The Devon Senior Living in Devon, Pa., and will reopen the community as Juniper Village at Devon, according to a news release.
The 90,900-square-foot community underwent a full renovation this year and houses 65 assisted living units and 13 memory care units with studio and one-bedroom floor plans.
On a 40-acre former farm, the community comprises a European-style mansion built in 1892 and expanded in 1896.
Juniper Communities has additional design and programmatic enhancements planned , with a continued focus on individualized care, wellness, and hospitality-driven services, according to the release.
