John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, Mo., is planning a $220 million redevelopment to modernize the look of the 55-year-old senior living community, according to fox4kc.com.
The project will also add 62 units by 2027 and possibly 150-200 new units to the continuing care retirement community (CCRC) within the next five years. New amenities and green spaces will be added as part of the project, including an updated golf course and lake features.
Construction is expected to begin this fall and be completed in the fall of 2027.
