Integral Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) is planning a three-phase expansion project at Spring Cypress Senior Living in Cypress, Texas, according to the website communityimpact.com.
The first phase will add 19 independent living cottages with two-bedroom floor plans; the second phase will include 24 two-bedroom townhomes; and the final phase will add 95 units and amenities including a sports bar, wine lounge, and gym.
The project team includes Faulkner Design Group (designer; Dallas).
The project is slated to be completed in late 2024.
