ISV Ventures, in collaboration with senior living management firm Integral Senior Living (ISL), (Carlsbad, Calif.) is planning an assisted living and memory care community in Mount Prospect, Ill.
The 78,000-square-foot community, Mount Prospect Senior Living, will feature 100 one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities include formal and casual dining spaces, a bistro, salon and spa, gym, theater, courtyards, and outdoor spaces with walking paths, gardening space, and a dog park.
The project team includes Pi Architects (design; Austin, Texas); Charles Hall Construction (construction; Westmont, Ill.), and Leading Light Development and Construction Consulting (development and project management; Tulsa, Okla.). It is slated to open in early 2021.
