IntegraCare Opening Two Communities In Maryland

The Bay Village and Village at Providence Point communities will be located in Annapolis.

Senior living operator IntegraCare (Wexford, Pa.) is planning two new senior living communities in Annapolis, Md., according to an article in the Capital Gazette.

Bay Village is an assisted living and memory care community that’s expected to open in fall 2020 with 64 units for assisted living, eight for residents in transition, and 16 memory care units. Amenities will include a bistro, demonstration kitchen, art studio, theater, fitness center, and expansive outdoor spaces.

The Village at Providence Point, a continuing care retirement community, is planned to open in 2023. The community will offer 265 independent living units plus 30 cottages, eight duplexes, and 48 healthcare suites. Amenities will include a fitness center, aquatic center with spa and indoor lap pool, on-site health center, chapel, cocktail lounge, creative arts studio, card/game room, and hair salon.
