Senior living management services provider/operator Insight Senior Living (West Linn, Ore.) broke ground on Ativo of Albuquerque, in Albuquerque, N.M., according to the website rebusinessonline.com.
Situated on 6.5 acres, the three-story, 140,000-square-foot senior living community will include 144 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Developer Link Senior Development (Salem, Ore.) also partnered on the project.
Ativo of Albuquerque is slated to open in winter 2024.
