Independent Living Neighborhood Opens At Lyngblomsten At Lino Lakes In Minnesota

The new CCRC’s assisted living apartments and memory care units are expected to open this summer.

Nonprofit senior services organization Lyngblomsten (St. Paul, Minn.) opened the independent living neighborhood at Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Lino Lakes, Minn.

The community’s assisted living apartments and memory care units are expected to open later this summer.

Situated on 20 acres, the campus includes 20 detached, one-level rental townhomes and a multilevel building that comprise 96 independent living units, 36 assisted living units, and 17 memory care suites.

Residents have access to a fitness center with warm-water pool, chapel/multipurpose room, workshop, game room with golf simulator, pickleball court, and pet exercise area.

The project team comprises Wold Architects & Engineers (architect and engineer; St. Paul) and Weis Builders (construction manager; Chicago). Dane Allen Homes (Andover, Minn.) served as the builder for the project’s townhomes.
