Resort Lifestyle Communities (Lincoln, Neb.) celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 55+ independent living community in Morrisville, N.C.
The $30-millon Brier Pointe will feature studio-, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include an in-house bank, pharmacy, general store, and salon and will be open to the public.
